These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Swatch Me Paint, LLC ("Swatch Me Paint," "we," "us" or "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to submit a request for services.

About the website

The website provides information about Swatch Me Paint, our painting and related services, service areas, completed projects and ways to contact us. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

Estimate requests and painting services

Submitting an online form, calling us or exchanging messages does not create a contractor-client relationship, guarantee availability or obligate either party to proceed. Website prices, timelines and examples are illustrative unless expressly included in a written proposal.

A final scope, price, schedule, payment terms, warranty and other project terms will be governed by the written proposal, contract or other agreement accepted by you and Swatch Me Paint. If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate project information and for ensuring that you are authorized to request work at the property.

Acceptable use

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
