What Homeowners Ask Us
What does this cost me?
Total-Care is included with every qualifying painting project. The scheduled return visits and included touch-up time during years one and two are built into your written project price.
What's the catch?
There is no membership fee or add-on to purchase. After the first two years, the annual visit remains free and we quote any additional work before completing it.
Do I have to remember to call?
No. Your initial return visits are dated on your written contract before the project begins. We keep the schedule so you do not have to.
Is it different for exteriors?
The same proactive approach applies. We inspect the areas most affected by sun, weather, moisture and movement so small maintenance issues can be addressed early.
What happens if I sell the house?
Ask us to review the current written transfer terms with you. We will explain exactly what applies to your project before you sign.
Is it the same for cabinets?
Cabinet projects can be covered by Total-Care, with the exact inspection and touch-up details listed in your written project agreement.
Written terms are reviewed before you sign. We'd rather you understand the coverage beforehand than search for answers after something goes wrong.
