In a Vermilion lake house, the light shows everything
If your Vermilion house sits near the water, in the Lagoons begun in 1928 or close to the harbor, you get light off the lake that a house inland doesn't.
That light is unforgiving. Brush marks on trim, uneven sheen on walls and open caulk joints all show up when the sun comes off the water.

Step 1: Estimate visit
We come to your house and look at the job with you. Bring your partner if they're part of the decision.

Step 2: Fixed written price
You get a fixed written price before we start. Your deposit covers materials, and you get a receipt for it.

Step 3: The work
The work on your written price is done by our own W-2 painters, and we aim to leave the place cleaner than we found it.

Step 4: Final walkthrough
There's a punch list on every job, and we walk the project with you at the end. Then you pay the balance. Total-Care includes touch-ups for your first two years.
Vermilion painting questions
How do you handle homes on the water or the lagoons?
Waterfront homes see more wind, moisture and sun, so paint wears faster on exposed sides. We check those surfaces closely and choose preparation and products for that exposure.
Can you paint a converted lake cottage?
Yes. Converted cottages often combine materials and additions from different eras. We look at each surface separately during the estimate visit and plan the right preparation and products for each.
