Step 1: Estimate visit
We come to your house and look at the job with you. Bring your partner if they're part of the decision.

Step 2: Fixed written price
You get a fixed written price before we start. Your deposit covers materials, and you get a receipt for it.

Step 3: The work
The work on your written price is done by our own W-2 painters, and we aim to leave the place cleaner than we found it.

Step 4: Final walkthrough
There's a punch list on every job, and we walk the project with you at the end. Then you pay the balance. Total-Care includes touch-ups for your first two years.

Cabinet painting questions, answered
How do you prepare cabinets before painting?
First your counters, floors and appliances are covered, and the doors and drawer fronts come off and are labeled so each one goes back where it came from. Then the grease is cleaned off and every surface is primed. The finish coats go on after that. Last, your doors and hardware go back on, and you look over the kitchen with us. Your written price lists the prep for your cabinets.
How long will the kitchen be out of use?
It depends on how many cabinets you have and the prep they need. Primer and each coat need time to cure between steps, so some days your kitchen sits closed up with no one working in it. You get the expected schedule after the estimate visit, before work begins.
Will the finish hold up?
Cabinets get handled every day, so the finish depends on cleaning, prep, the right products and enough time to cure. We tell you how to treat it while it reaches full hardness.
How soon can you start?
We set your start date with you once you've signed the written price. If you sign at your home, Ohio law gives you three business days to change your mind, and we schedule your start after that. When we call to set up your estimate visit, ask where our schedule stands.
