Step 1: Estimate visit
We come to your house and look at the job with you. Bring your partner if they're part of the decision.

Step 2: Fixed written price
You get a fixed written price before we start. Your deposit covers materials, and you get a receipt for it.

Step 3: The work
The work on your written price is done by our own W-2 painters, and we aim to leave the place cleaner than we found it.

Step 4: Final walkthrough
There's a punch list on every job, and we walk the project with you at the end. Then you pay the balance. Total-Care includes touch-ups for your first two years.
Amherst painting questions
Should sandstone on our house be painted?
Usually not. Natural sandstone is meant to breathe, and paint can trap moisture in it. On most projects we protect sandstone foundations, steps and accents while painting the surfaces around them. We will talk through any exceptions during the estimate visit.
