An Elyria house with a few generations of paint on it

How your price works

Step 1: Estimate visit
We come to your house and look at the job with you. Bring your partner if they're part of the decision.

Step 2: Fixed written price
You get a fixed written price before we start. Your deposit covers materials, and you get a receipt for it.

Step 3: The work
The work on your written price is done by our own W-2 painters, and we aim to leave the place cleaner than we found it.

Step 4: Final walkthrough
There's a punch list on every job, and we walk the project with you at the end. Then you pay the balance. Total-Care includes touch-ups for your first two years.

Can you paint a porch along with the rest of the exterior?
Yes. Porch floors, ceilings, railings and columns each wear differently and need their own preparation and products. We include them in the exterior plan so everything is done at once.
