An older Bay Village house, painted without losing its character
Most Bay Village houses were built before 1960. If yours is one of them, it may have dormers on a steep roof, brick, or original wood trim.
That's the charm, and it's why a fast paint job looks wrong on these houses. Paint rolled over soft wood near a dormer only hides the trouble for a while.

Step 1: Estimate visit
We come to your house and look at the job with you. Bring your partner if they're part of the decision.

Step 2: Fixed written price
You get a fixed written price before we start. Your deposit covers materials, and you get a receipt for it.

Step 3: The work
The work on your written price is done by our own W-2 painters, and we aim to leave the place cleaner than we found it.

Step 4: Final walkthrough
There's a punch list on every job, and we walk the project with you at the end. Then you pay the balance. Total-Care includes touch-ups for your first two years.

Do you paint large newer lakefront homes?
Yes. Larger lakefront homes often have tall elevations that need proper ladders and staging, plus more exposure to wind and sun off the lake. We plan both the setup and the product choices during the estimate visit.
