Step 1: Estimate visit
We come to your house and look at the job with you. Bring your partner if they're part of the decision.

Step 2: Fixed written price
You get a fixed written price before we start. Your deposit covers materials, and you get a receipt for it.

Step 3: The work
The work on your written price is done by our own W-2 painters, and we aim to leave the place cleaner than we found it.

Step 4: Final walkthrough
There's a punch list on every job, and we walk the project with you at the end. Then you pay the balance. Total-Care includes touch-ups for your first two years.

Why does paint seem to fail faster on our lake-facing side?
Walls facing Lake Erie usually get more wind-driven moisture and direct sun than the rest of the house. We check those sides closely and plan preparation, primer and product choices for that exposure instead of treating every wall the same.
