  1. Step 1: Estimate visit

We come to your house and look at the job with you. Bring your partner if they're part of the decision.

  2. Step 2: Fixed written price

You get a fixed written price before we start. Your deposit covers materials, and you get a receipt for it.

  3. Step 3: The work

The work on your written price is done by our own W-2 painters, and we aim to leave the place cleaner than we found it.

  4. Step 4: Final walkthrough

There's a punch list on every job, and we walk the project with you at the end. Then you pay the balance. Total-Care includes touch-ups for your first two years.

What's included

What usually goes wrong

  • Not knowing what prep you're paying for.

Your written price lists the surfaces and the prep for your house before we start. See what it shows.

  • A paint job that looks fine at first, then fails because the surface wasn't prepped.

Each side of your house is washed, protected and prepped before it gets paint, and a problem never gets painted over to stay on schedule. Your job ends with a punch list, and Total-Care, including touch-ups through your first two years, comes with it.

Exterior painting questions, answered

How long will my exterior take?

It depends on the size of the house, the prep and the weather. You get the schedule after the estimate visit.

How do you prepare a house before painting?

Your house is washed first, then everything around it that isn't getting paint is covered and protected. The surfaces that need it get caulk and primer before any paint goes on. Your written price lists the prep for your house, and you go over it with us at the estimate visit.

How often should an exterior be repainted?

It depends on the siding, the last coating, sun, moisture and how the surface has held up. Peeling, fading, cracking or bare wood are signs it shouldn't wait.

How soon can you start?

We set your start date with you once you've signed the written price. If you sign at your home, Ohio law gives you three business days to change your mind, and we schedule your start after that. When we call to set up your estimate visit, ask where our schedule stands.
